Update on the Old Village, SC homes for sale and Old Village Real Estate! The number of homes sold is up from last year, and although this number is up only slightly, this is still a good indication… From Jan 1- Aug 1, 2010, there were 32 homes sold in the neighborhood compared to 36 homes sold this year. Again, not a huge jump, but movement none the less. And the “average sales price” is up as well, with an average price of $402,000 for 2010 compared to $485,000 in 2011.
