What a “Happy Renovation!”

Yesterday was a great day to be a Realtor.  I got a call from a past client & friend who invited me to pop over to see the work she has done to her new home, which we closed a few months ago.  With a few good contractors, the help of her very close friends, and a little elbow grease, she made changes that will not only improve her property value, but allow her to enjoy a charming home to call her own!  Congrats girl, you did it, and it is FABULOUS!!!  So happy for you as you start this journey in your life!
