Super exciting news! The Post House Tavern + Inn now serves lunch- Tuesday – Friday from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m.
Just as exciting as the new lunch menu is the creative force behind it. Chef Nick Wilber, a familiar face at Basic Projects, is now the executive chef at Post House Inn. The celebrated chef, who first worked with Owner Ben Towill at The Fat Radish in NYC before making his way down south to work at Basic Kitchen and then open The Fat Radish Savannah, will now helm the kitchen operations at Post House. Nathan Hood, the former exec chef, now takes on the role of Culinary Operations for Basic Projects Hospitality.
If you have not been recently, you must check them out! I went for brunch and highly recommend their Post House Benedict along with a Bloody Mary! Simply superb!
