Charleston Real Estate Market Update

The 2022 data for Year to Date Sales in Charleston County indicate a decrease in the amount of homes sold, but a steady increase in pricing over 2021. According to The Charleston Trident Association of REALTORS, closed sales were down about 17% but prices were up about 15% since this time last year. Homes sold quickly in 2022, up 37%, for an average of 17 days vs. 27 days in 2021.
