5-Year Snapshot- Old Village Market Review of January and February

*This data represents single family homes sold during the months of Jan and Feb in The Old Village and Old Mt. Pleasant over the past 5 years.

Prices are holding steady, especially in certain local markets and the Old Village/ Old Mt. Pleasant neighborhood is no exception. Buyers are plenty and inventory is still low, with only 20 homes on the market, visit SearchOldVillage.com to see what’s currently for sale.

Prices are up slightly from this time last year, with the AVERAGE SALES PRICE (during Jan and Feb) inching from approximately $1.4 million to $1.5 million, up significantly from 2019’s average sales price of $1 million.

THE NUMBER OF HOMES SOLD (during Jan and Feb) however, were down from 42 in 2019 to only 9 homes sold in 2023.

Another interesting market shift is The AVERAGE DAYS ON MARKET (during Jan and Feb) was approximately 60 days in 2019 vs. an 14 days in 2023.
