Check out this article from about Charleston Real Estate stats…. From the Post & Courier and titled “Best December home sales in 5 years” .  Yep, I would agree… HOME SALES ARE UP!   Last year ended up being MY BEST YEAR OF SALES IN THE PAST 10 YEARS!  I was up in  both the amount of homes sold and amount of dollars sold!  And the same goes for the other agents in my office!  It has been a busy year for The Cassina Group,  we have all been running around showing and selling so many homes, it has been  both exhausting and exhilarating!  A big buzz for sure.  Looks like it is really the time to buy, and don’t wait around, inventory (in certain hot categories) is low and buyers are coming out in full force, so if you see something you have interest in, let’s talk it over asap, as the good deals are flying off the shelf.  Let me know how I can help!
